SUMMER CAMP TAX CREDIT

We would like to inform you about a very valuable tax break!!!!!!!!

“If Young People’s Day Camp of Middlesex / Union / Middlesex cares for your child so that you can work, or look for work, you may qualify for a child-care credit on your federal income tax”, says Cindy Hockenberry, of the National Association of Tax Professionals. (Unfortunately, overnight camps do not qualify because they also care for children after hours.) the credit allows you to claim 20% or more of the camp’s tuition up to $6,000.00 – when calculating your tax bill.
